AWI (Advanced Workplace Institute) nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u00e7o\u011fu b\u00fcy\u00fck kurulu\u015fun bu konuda endi\u015feleri olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Mart ortas\u0131nda ya\u015fanmaya ba\u015flanan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe iyi uyum sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu do\u011frultuda, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu kabul etmek gerekir. Gerek uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelinde gerekse de ofis ortam\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, firmalar\u0131n ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlara ihtiyac\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofis ortam\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelinde, firma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, gelenekleri ve orada bulunman\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fczerinde sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 faydalar yads\u0131namayacak kadar fazlad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu sosyal ortam, ili\u015fkiler ve \u015firketin i\u015fleyi\u015fi, kendili\u011finden bir \u00f6\u011frenme arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmekte ve kazan\u0131lan tecr\u00fcbeyi kat be kat artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar ise bu kazan\u0131mlar i\u00e7in, ilave bir \u00e7aba sarf etmeye gerek duymamaktad\u0131r.
