Bu konudaki en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden bir tanesi, ofislerdeki yapay havaland\u0131rma ve iklimlendirme sistemlerinin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fidir. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde, bu konuda daha fazla bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in 3 \u00f6nemli havaland\u0131rma firmas\u0131n\u0131n yetkilileri, bir panelde bulu\u015ftu. Bu kriterleri sizinle payla\u015fmadan \u00f6nce, soludu\u011fumuz hava kalitesinin, vir\u00fcslerin yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na olan etkisinin tariflenmesinde yarar g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015funun a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/\u2022\thttps:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/infectioncontrol\/spread\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#99a0a5\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>bilgilere<\/em><\/span><\/a> g\u00f6re, salg\u0131n hastal\u0131klar\u0131n bula\u015fma ihtimali, kan yolu hari\u00e7, 3 farkl\u0131 sebepten olu\u015fmakta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Direkt fiziksel temas,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00d6ks\u00fcr\u00fck veya hap\u015f\u0131r\u0131k yolu ile sa\u00e7\u0131lan par\u00e7ac\u0131k sebebi ile,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Havada as\u0131l\u0131 kalan partik\u00fcllerin solunmas\u0131 yolu ile&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcnlerde titizlikle uygulanan hijyen ve sosyal mesafe kurallar\u0131, yukar\u0131da bahsetti\u011fimiz ilk iki maddeye y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nlemler i\u00e7in etkili olmu\u015f durumda. M\u00fcmk\u00fcnse daha y\u00fcksek korumal\u0131 ve yeni modeller ile de\u011fi\u015ftirin. Bu durum baz\u0131 sistemlerde daha az etkili olabilir. Mevcut sistemin hava bas\u0131nc\u0131na g\u00f6re, filtrelerin vir\u00fcs yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na yapaca\u011f\u0131 etkiler de\u011fi\u015febilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle y\u00fcksek yo\u011funlu\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 konferans salonlar\u0131, kafeteryalar, yemekhaneler ve lobi gibi bekleme alanlar\u0131nda; mevcut alt yap\u0131dan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan HEPA filtreleri kullan\u0131larak, mekanlar daha sterilize hale getirilebilir. Bu filtreler her ne kadar g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmak zorunda olsa da, salg\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00f6nlemleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne serecek ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara g\u00fcven verecektir. Bu do\u011frultuda kullan\u0131lan en yayg\u0131n sistem UVC \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 ile, havaland\u0131rma sisteminin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 havay\u0131 dezenfekte etmek. E\u011fer mevcut sisteminiz bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe adapte edilebilir ise, UVC \u0131\u015f\u0131n yayan ek bir cihaz ile bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik basit\u00e7e sisteme entegre edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak, bipolar iyonizasyon (bipolar ionization) ve fotokatalitik oksidasyon (photocatalytic oxidation) teknikleri \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu sistemler patojen vir\u00fcsleri \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in, \u015fartland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f havay\u0131 kullan\u0131r ve d\u0131\u015f ortam havas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duymaz. Bu sistemler g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hen\u00fcz test a\u015famas\u0131nda olmakla birlikte, ileri teknolojiler sayesinde umut verici geli\u015fmelerin ya\u015fanmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3- Temiz Hava Sirk\u00fclasyonu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partik\u00fcl yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemenin en etkin ve kesin y\u00f6ntemi \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki d\u0131\u015f ortam temiz havas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7 mekana y\u00f6nlendirmektir. Mevcut havaland\u0131rma sistemini damper ayarlar\u0131 ile tamamen temiz hava moduna ayarlamak veya sistemi d\u00fczenli aral\u0131klarla sadece mekana temiz hava y\u00f6nlendirecek \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak, etkili yakla\u015f\u0131mlardan biridir. Bu ko\u015fulda ya\u015fanacak s\u0131k hava de\u011fi\u015fimi, t\u00fcketilen enerji y\u00fcklerini artt\u0131rarak i\u015fletme maliyetlerini y\u00fckseltecektir. Ancak yeni yap\u0131lacak binalarda, ko\u015fullar ve imkanlar biraz daha fazla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni geli\u015ftirilen projelerde, mekana daha fazla taze have y\u00f6nlendirecek sistemler planlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca hastane ve laboratuarlarda kullan\u0131lan sistemlere benzer \u00f6zellikte UVGI \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 entegre edilebilen ve hava ak\u0131\u015f debisinin ayarlanabildi\u011fi sistemler tercih edilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda da baz\u0131 \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131larak, ciddi \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nabilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin farkl\u0131 ofis katlar\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 izole edilebilmesi veya hava bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n tavan yerine d\u00f6\u015femeden mekana y\u00f6nlendirilmesi, riskleri azaltacakt\u0131r. \u0130lave olarak mekanik sisteme eklenecek ve kritik durumlarda filtrasyon oran\u0131n\u0131 manuel olarak ayarlayabilecek tasar\u0131mlar, havaland\u0131rma sistemine \u00f6nemli esneklikler getirecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 mekandaki nem oran\u0131 da havaland\u0131rma sistem tercihleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli ve kritik bir unsurdur. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/\u2022\thttps:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7165615\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#99a0a5\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar<\/em><\/span><\/a>, havada as\u0131l\u0131 kalan vir\u00fcs partik\u00fcllerinin y\u00fcksek nemli ortamlarda bar\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Ancak i\u00e7 mekanlardaki nem oran\u0131n\u0131n %60&#8217;\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, malzemelerde k\u00fcf ve pas olu\u015fumu gibi olumsuz ko\u015fullar do\u011furabilir.
