Salg\u0131ndan toparlanma s\u00fcreci ve ekonominin tekrar canlanmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in at\u0131lan ad\u0131mlar da ilk olarak bu \u00fclkede ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Bu do\u011frultuda, ekonominin canlanmas\u0131na \u00f6n ayak olacak etkenlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda da ofislere geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrecinin sorunsuz ya\u015fanmas\u0131 gelmektedir. Global bir yat\u0131r\u0131m firmas\u0131 olan KKR&#8217;nin Shanghai ve Beijing ofisleri ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Amy Sun&#8217;\u0131n ifadesine g\u00f6re; pek \u00e7ok i\u015f arkada\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tekrar ofis ortam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istedi\u011fini belirtiyor ve ekliyor: &#8220;Modern teknolojinin evlerimizden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in yeterli ortam\u0131 rahatl\u0131kla sa\u011flamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00f6zellikle i\u015f arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kollektif i\u015fbirli\u011fi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeninin verimlili\u011fi yads\u0131namaz. Bu do\u011frultuda yeni d\u00fczenlemeler ve yeni kurallar geli\u015ftiriyor. Bu kurallar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda esnek mesai saatleri ve esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeni geliyor. Eski d\u00fczendeki mesai ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 ve biti\u015f saatlerinde ya\u015fanan yo\u011funlu\u011fun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 temel prensip. Buralarda ya\u015fanacak bekleme s\u00fcrelerini azaltmak ve i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeni \u015fart. Ofis i\u00e7erisinde ise gerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda, gerekse de sosyal alanlarda maske takmak ve sosyal mesafe kurallar\u0131 elbette ki zorunlu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lave olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131ndaki yo\u011funlu\u011fu azaltmak i\u00e7in de yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken baz\u0131 fiziksel de\u011fi\u015fiklikler bulunuyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131ndaki mesafenin korunabilmesi i\u00e7in, baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma masa ve sandalyeleri kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 veya kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Olduk\u00e7a kolay ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde adapte olunan bu d\u00fczen kal\u0131c\u0131 olacak gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Shanghai k\u00f6kenli Swire Properties firmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirme m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olan Thomas Woolsey&#8217;in ifadesi \u015f\u00f6yle: &#8220;\u015eirket i\u00e7i sanal toplant\u0131 programlar\u0131n\u0131 Covid-19 ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n 5-6 ay \u00f6ncesinden itibaren kullan\u0131yorduk.
